What is EGG and why does it matter for Monsty?
The EGG Accelerator (Everyone a Growing Entrepreneur) is Eurobank's commitment to Greek and international entrepreneurship. It is not a generic incubator: it is an ecosystem with access to mentors, a banking network, microfinancing instruments, and institutional visibility in the European market.
For Monsty, acceptance carries specific weight. We are an operation based in Colombia, with real market validation in 2025 and a founder physically in Athens. EGG recognized exactly that combination: proprietary methodology with traction, and a binational team that is already operating. We did not come with an idea. We came with a functioning model.
What does this mean for EU expansion?
Greece is Monsty's entry point into Europe. The EGG Accelerator accelerates three concrete things: the establishment of Monsty IKE as a Greek legal entity, access to the local B2B pipeline through the Eurobank and AUEB network, and the institutional credibility needed for initial investment conversations in the region.
The goal of the EU phase is to generate the first European revenues before external capital is needed. EGG is part of that architecture, not an end in itself.
